Men released after Aberdeen sex attack arrest

Two men who were arrested in connection with an alleged sex assault in Aberdeen last month have been released.

The men, aged 33 and 39, were held over an attack on a 21-year-old woman on 4 November, in Correction Wynd.

A Crown Office spokesperson said: "After full and careful consideration of all the facts and circumstances of the case, Crown Counsel decided they should be liberated meantime."

The spokesperson said the matter remained under consideration.

The Crown Office said the men did not appear in court.
