Injuries in four-vehicle crash near Oldmeldrum

Two people been taken to hospital after a serious four-vehicle crash in Aberdeenshire.

The accident - believed to involve an articulated lorry, a tractor, a van and a car - happened on the A947 two miles north of Oldmeldrum at about 13:10.

Grampian Police, Grampian Fire and Rescue Service and the Scottish Ambulance Service sent units to the scene.

Two people were freed after being trapped.
