Arrests at Trump site 'could have been better handled'
The arrest of two film-makers close to the site of Donald Trump's golf project could have been better handled, police have said in a letter.
Anthony Baxter and Richard Phinney were detained by Grampian Police on the Menie Estate in July.
It was part of an investigation into an alleged breach of the peace.
Mr Baxter said they were doing their jobs as journalists. Ch Insp Martin Mackay wrote there could have been better interaction and communication.
Work on the controversial £750m golf project, which also feature a hotel and homes, began a year ago.
