Terri Ann Trebilcock given community service for £125,000 heroin haul

A teenage drug courier caught with heroin worth more than £125,000 has been given community service.

Terri Ann Trebilcock, 19, of Kent, was detained at Liquid nightclub in Aberdeen in February last year.

At the High Court in Glasgow, judge Lord Tyre ordered her to perform 200 hours of community service after hearing she had turned her life around.

He said: "I'm giving you an opportunity here to put your life in the right direction."

Police found heroin with a maximum street value of £127,160 after Trebilcock, of Longfield, was asked to empty her handbag.

She admitted being concerned in the supply of heroin.
