Man appears in court over crack cocaine 'worth £42,500' in Aberdeen

A man has appeared in court after drugs worth tens of thousands of pounds were recovered in Aberdeen.

Crack cocaine with an estimated street value of £42,500 was seized in the Seaton area on Thursday.

Steven Cunningham, 34, of Aberdeen, appeared at the city's sheriff court charged with drugs offences.

He made no plea and was remanded. A 27-year-old man who was also reported to the procurator fiscal did not appear. He was released pending inquiries.
