Aberdeen drug runner Daniel Davies jailed for 45 months

A drugs runner caught with cannabis worth tens of thousands of pounds in Aberdeen has been jailed for 45 months.

Daniel Davies, 25, of Liverpool, admitted being concerned in the supply of cannabis with an estimated street value of £86,000 in May last year.

Davies - who was caught during an undercover police operation - also admitted being concerned in the supply of cocaine.

He was sentenced at the High Court in Glasgow.
