Marywell copper theft investigated by Grampian Police

Officers from Grampian Police have started an investigation into the theft of copper from a building site in Marywell.

Criminals are believed to have targeted the Aberdeenshire development after workers left for the weekend.

Police said the theft of piping and fixtures took place between 14:00 on Friday 27 July and Monday 30 July.

They want to speak to anyone who saw suspicious activity close to the Barrats Home site.
