Paul O'Neill appears in court again on Lossiemouth child rape charge

A Lossiemouth man has appeared in court for a second time charged with the rape of a young child.

The BBC Scotland news website revealed last Tuesday that Paul O'Neill, 47, was charged under the Sexual Offences (Scotland) Act 2009 when he first appeared at Elgin Sheriff Court.

Mr O'Neill is also charged with voyeurism.

A Crown Office spokesperson said he made no plea or declaration and was remanded in custody.
