Keith car collision sees pedestrian airlifted to hospital

A male pedestrian has been airlifted to hospital after being knocked down by a car in Keith.

Police said Regent Street in the town had been closed after the collision on Thursday afternoon.

It was thought the man may have suffered potentially serious injuries. He was airlifted to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for treatment.

Diversions were put in place via the B9014.
