Daniel Koterbski in court over £20,000 jewellery theft in Aberdeen

A man has appeared in court following a theft valued at about £20,000 from a jewellery shop in Aberdeen last month.

Daniel Koterbski, 35, appeared at Aberdeen Sheriff Court charged with theft after the incident at the Northern Diamond store on Union Street on Tuesday 5 August.

He made no plea or declaration and was committed for further examination.

Mr Koterbski was released on bail.
