Lockerbie man jailed for sex attack on young girl

A Lockerbie man who was convicted of sexually assaulting a young girl has been jailed for two years.

Douglas Graham, 68, of Meadowbank Cottages, Brieryhill, was also found guilty of indecent behaviour towards another girl.

The offences took place between October 2008 and May last year.

Graham, who denied the charges, was placed on the sex offenders register and will be supervised for a further two years after his release.
