Snowfalls and poor visibility have caused a spate of crashes on the A74(M) motorway in southern Scotland.
Police Scotland said they were dealing with "multiple crashes" near Ecclefechan at about 14:30.
Snow and rain showers have affected many parts of Dumfries and Galloway with some expected to continue overnight.
Temperatures are also expected to fall below zero in some areas, bringing a risk of ice.
Traffic Scotland advised drivers to exercise caution due to the difficult conditions.
Police said they had been called out to three accidents in a short space of time on the A74(M) between Lockerbie and Ecclefechan.
Vehicles appeared to have spun off the road or hit the central barrier.
No injuries have been reported in any of the incidents.
They were also called out to a four-vehicle minor crash on the A75 near Carrutherstown around the same time.
