Driver fails to stop after cyclist collision near Earlston

A motorist is being sought after failing to stop following a collision with a woman on a bicycle.

The incident happened on the A68 between Earlston and Drygrange at about 13:00 on Monday 3 April.

The 47-year-old female cyclist was hit by a white Renault and required treatment at Borders General Hospital for her injuries.

PC Gavin Liddle asked anyone who had information to contact them and urged the driver to come forward.
