Police are hunting a man who indecently assaulted a young girl while she was walking alone in the Ochil Hills.
The 11-year-old girl had stopped and sat down close to Ochil Road in Menstrie when she was attacked.
The incident took place in an evening during the first week of July. Police are not linking it to other incidents in Clackmannanshire at the end of June.
Detectives said the girl's attacker was in his 20s, had an athletic build and was about 5ft 10in tall.
He had short brown hair, brown eyes and was wearing light blue jeans and white trainers.
The man also had a Rangers FC logo on his right shoulder and was bare-chested at the time of the incident.
Det Sgt Steven McMillan said: "The incident left the girl so traumatised it took her some time to come forward and report the incident to police."
"This is not being linked to any other investigation in the area and we are keen to hear from anybody who may recognise the description of the man we want to trace."
"In particular somebody may recognise the description of the tattoo which had the letters RFC intertwined and stars."
On 21 June, a schoolgirl was forced into a car at knifepoint and indecently assaulted in Dollar, which is less than eight miles from Menstrie.
A week later there were claims a primary school pupil in nearby Tillicoultry had been approached by a man in the car - although police subsequently said there was no evidence that the incident had actually happened.
