Police name a motorcyclist killed in a Perthshire crash

Police have named a 41-year-old motorcyclist who died following a collision near Stanley in Perthshire.

Joanne Hall from Scone died after her black Baimo motorcycle collided with a Peugeot car on the Stanley to Kinclaven Road at about 17:55 on Sunday.

Ms Hall, also known as Mona, leaves behind two teenage daughters.

She worked as a support-for-learning assistant at North Muirton Primary in Perth, whose headteacher, Angela Dow, said everyone "will miss her terribly".

Police are still appealing for witnesses or anyone who may have information relating to the collision.
