Monifieth man, 79, dies following Dundee car crash
A 79-year-old man involved in a car crash in Dundee has died from his injuries in hospital, according to Tayside Police.
Officers said Kenneth McMillan, from Monifieth, passed away at Dundee's Ninewells hospital on Friday.
Mr McMillan was injured following a collision on the city's Kingsway East at its junction with Longtown Road at about 14:00 on Tuesday 13 November.
Inquiries into the incident are on-going.
The force said it was keen to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the collision between the white Mercedes Tipper Van, which was travelling eastbound towards Scot Fyfe, and the green Vauxhall Astra, which emerged from Longtown Road.
