Three women and baby hurt in A90 crash

Three women and a baby were injured in a two-car crash in Aberdeenshire, police have said.

Two people had to be cut free from a silver Subaru car after a collision with a blue Honda car on the A90, north of Rathen, at about 15:30.

The 55-year-old driver of the Subaru was airlifted to hospital.

Her 35-year-old passenger, the 32-year-old driver of the Honda and her three-month-old son were taken to hospital in Aberdeen by ambulance.

Police said none of the injuries were life threatening.

The A90 was closed for five hours as a result of the crash.
