Counterfeit DVDs, CDs and games worth more than £1m have been seized from a house in Alloa, police have said.
A 51-year-old man has been reported to the procurator fiscal in connection with the find in Hillcrest Drive.
Officers from the Forth Valley division of Police Scotland and officials from Federation Against Copyright Theft carried out the operation on Wednesday.
Police said they were alerted to the fake goods by the public.
Det Con Tommy Holden said: "We were acting on information received from the community and this shows that we do act on information given to us.
"We urge the pubic to continue working with us and let us know who is committing criminal activity."
