Man treated in hospital following Denny disturbance
Three men have been detained following a disturbance in Denny that left a 38-year-old man injured.
Police received a call reporting concern for a man seen entering a car with a number of other men in West Boreland Road at about 15:45 on Monday.
Officers later traced the Vauxhall Zafira and the men in the town's Glasgow Road.
The man was treated for non life-threatening injuries at Forth Valley Royal Hospital and later released.
Police said they were not looking for anyone else in connection with the incident, but have asked witnesses to come forward.
Ch Insp Damian Armstrong said: "We believe this to be an isolated incident with no wider risk to the public.
"I would like to thank the local community for their patience and support while we were in attendance to deal with this matter."
