Garage fire closes Abertillery primary school

A primary school in the south Wales valleys has been forced to close after a fire at a garage next door.
Police say Bryngwyn school in Abertillery, Blaenau Gwent will be closed until Wednesday for safety reasons after the garage was set alight.
The building contains acetylene cylinders which take 24 hours to cool.
Thieves stole a black Volvo S40 and set fire to another vehicle at the garage, in a commercial yard off Cwm Farm Road, Six Bells.
Nobody was injured in the fire which was reported to police at 0430 BST on Tuesday.
The fire is being treated as deliberately set and police have appealed for information.
