Inquest opens on Stockton walker who fell in Snowdonia

The coroner for north west Wales has opened an inquest into a man who died after falling on a Snowdonia mountainside.

Graham Robert Bunn, 46, of Stockton-on-Tees was walking on Yr Aran, on Saturday, when he fell 70ft (21m) on scree and then tumbled another 100ft (30m).

He was flown to hospital in Bangor by an RAF helicopter.

Coroner Dewi Pritchard-Jones, at Caernarfon, adjourned the inquest.
