A lifeboat crew were sent to rescue their own RNLI colleagues after their boat capsized off Swansea.

The Mumbles inshore lifeboat was toppled by a wave during an exercise off Langland Bay on Wednesday, throwing its crew into the water.

The Mumbles RNLI all-weather lifeboat and the Mumbles Coastguard team were sent to help them.

Meanwhile, the boat had righted itself and the three men managed to get back in and restart it.

They were safely escorted back to shore by their colleagues.
