Police name woman, 39, killed in Flintshire crash

A 39-year-old Flintshire woman killed in a road traffic collision has been named by police.

Joanne Hill, from Mold, died at the scene when a silver Volvo and a red Vauxhall Corsa collided at about 2020 GMT at Padeswood on Saturday.

A 37-year-old man arrested in connection with the incident has been released on police bail pending further inquiries.

North Wales Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward.

The collision occurred on the A5118 road.

Ms Hill was a passenger in one of the vehicles.
