Man, 24, dies after Llanelli taxi incident

Police are appealing for witnesses after two pedestrians were involved in an incident with a taxi, leaving one dead.

The two men were walking along Trostre Road in Llanelli early on Sunday morning.

One of the men, a 24-year-old, was taken to Morriston hospital in Swansea where he later died.

Officers said they have spoken to the driver and now want to speak to anyone else who may have seen the collision.
