Flood risk in south and west Wales from high tides and winds
Flood alerts have been issued along the south and west Wales coastline ahead of high tides combined with strong winds.
Natural Resources Wales said anywhere from Chepstow to Aberystwyth was likely to see high waves and spray after the Met Office forecast strong south-westerly winds.
Gale force gusts up to 50mph are forecast for Wednesday.
The Met Office said low pressure would last through to Thursday, with showers expected on both days.
People are being advised to stay away from promenades and sea fronts because of the risk of being hit by large waves or debris.
