A parcel delivery company in north Wales could offer a life line to former City Link staff.

Bosses at Delsol, which has centres in Caernarfon and Flintshire, have already employed a manager from City Link's depot at Gaerwen, on Anglesey, and hope to speak to others in the new year.

Around 80 people in Wales are facing redundancy after City Link collapsed on Christmas Eve.

Some 2,727 jobs in the UK are at risk after it went into administration.
