An ice warning has been issued for people living in six Welsh local authority areas for Saturday night.

It lasts from 18:00 GMT until 10:30 on Sunday and covers Wrexham, Flintshire, Conwy, Denbighshire, Gwynedd and Powys.

The yellow "be aware" warning comes as showers as set to die out on Saturday with temperatures falling below freezing.

A frost and some icy patches will then develop, according to Met office forecasters.
