Driver flown to Morriston Hospital after Ceredigion crash

A man has been airlifted to hospital after being injured in a one-vehicle crash on the Ceredigion-Carmarthenshire border.

The motorist had to be freed from his car by a crew from Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue.

They were called to an unclassified road between Llanfihangel-ar-arth and Llandysul on Saturday at 09.27 BST.

The man has been taken to Swansea's Morriston Hospital. His condition is not known.
