Body recovered from pond after Llanddewi Brefi festival
A body of a man has been recovered from a pond in Ceredigion, after a swimmer was reported missing.
Dyfed-Powys Police said the body was pulled from water on Tuesday at Llanddewi Brefi.
A group of friends entered the pond during a festival on Monday but raised the alarm when one of the men could not be found.
Police officers said they are attempting to contact the man's next of kin.
It comes just days after the deaths of two men in neighbouring reservoirs in the Brecon Beacons.
The public has been urged not to swim in unsupervised waters.
A 52-year-old man died at the Pontsticill Reservoir in the Brecon Beacons on 13 July after going for a swim while a 24-year-old man died at the nearby Cantref Reservoir the following day.
