Missing boy, 10, found safe after overnight search in Powys
A 10-year-old boy has been found safe and well after an overnight search in Powys.
The boy had last been seen at his home near Knighton on Saturday morning and reported missing in the afternoon.
A mountain rescue team joined the search, with concern about the "vast and rural" nature of the area.
Dyfed-Powys Police, which issued an appeal late on Saturday night, said on Sunday they were "glad to confirm" he had been found in the local area.
Residents had been asked to check outbuildings, wooded areas and look out for the boy.
Specialist searches were carried out, including help from mountain rescue.
