Police appeal to man on CCTV with missing Wrexham woman

Police trying to trace a missing Wrexham woman have appealed for a man seen with her to come forward.

Michelle Valerie Lowe, 36, was reported missing on 17 September, but has not been seen since 26 August, 2010.

However, she was seen on CCTV with a man at the Farmfoods store in Hightown, Wrexham, on 15 September.

Anyone who can identify and trace the man is asked to call Wrexham CID on 01978 348838 or the control room on 101, or 0845 6071002.

Constable Lynne Willsher, of North Wales Police, said: "As he appears to be the last person to have seen Michelle then we would appeal to him to come forward as a witness in order that he can assist police in locating Michelle.

"We have no reason to believe at this time that Michelle has been harmed in any way.

"However, her family are obviously concerned for her welfare and would like to know that she is safe and well."

Michelle is described as a 5ft 6ins (167cm) tall, of slim build, about size 10, with long auburn hair.

She is known to have connections in Denbigh and Anglesey and is also known to frequent the Chester area.

The missing person log is 4061.
