A55 crash: Three hurt as Landrover towing caravan collides with car

Three people have suffered minor injuries after a Land Rover towing a caravan collided with a car on the A55 between Colwyn Bay and Abergele.

The crash happened on the eastbound carriageway at Llanddulas at 13:30 GMT on Sunday. The second vehicle involved was a Renault Clio.

The casualties were taken to Ysbyty Glan Clwyd in Bodelwyddan.

The accident temporarily blocked both carriageways but the road was fully reopened at 15:10 GMT.

North Wales Police are appealing for witnesses to phone them on 101 quoting incident RC12187105.
