Witnesses are still being sought by North Wales Police after an eight-year-old boy was approached by a man outside an Asda store.

The incident happened as the child left the store in Llandudno at 20:00 GMT on Saturday, police said.

The man is described as being around 50 years old and of thin build.

He was wearing black trousers, a black jacket with a blue trim, and a black coloured baseball cap with white hair sticking out.

Investigators added he was possibly accompanied by another man, described as white, clean shaven, and of a thinner and shorter build.

Det Insp Michael Isaacs said: "CCTV footage is being viewed and I appeal to anyone who was in the area or who used the store at around the time to come forward and speak to us."

He added there were two separate groups of youngsters outside the store on their bikes who may have seen something.
