Police appeal after 11 cows attacked by dogs on Anglesey

Two German Shepherd dogs have attacked 11 cows in a field on Anglesey.

Eight of the animals were so badly injured they had to be put down and North Wales Police are investigating.

A white Transit van was seen parked at the nearby Tan yr Eglwys Church in Ty Croes at the time of the attack on 6 April.

Sgt Rob Taylor said: "This is a horrendous case... the cruelty of the attack is awful and the farmer is at a massive financial loss."
