Man charged after shop raids in Rhyl, Denbigh and Kinmel Bay

A 20-year-old man has appeared in court in connection with three shop raids in Denbighshire and Conwy.

Alex Coxon, of Kinmel Bay, Conwy county, faces a charge of robbery at the K and A Premier Stores, Denbigh, on 19 November, and at a Bargain Booze store in Rhyl on 13 November.

He has also been charged with attempted robbery at the Apex convenience store in Kinmel Bay on 9 March.

He was remanded in custody by magistrates at Llandudno on Wednesday.

He is due to appear at Mold Crown Court on 28 April.
