One motorcyclist has died and his passenger is critically ill after their machine was involved in a collision with a bus.

The off-road motorbike collided with a 22-seater bus which was travelling towards Swansea city centre.

It happened at 2232 BST on Tuesday in New Orchard Street.

The driver of the empty bus was uninjured and there were no passengers on board at the time.

Mr McLaughlin was from the Portmead area of the city.

His father Phillip said: "Adam was a popular and fun-loving cheeky chappy.

"He will be sadly missed by all of his family and friends."
