Police hunting missing Cardiff teenager find body

Police searching for a missing teenager have recovered a body at a quarry site.
Officers were alerted to the Taffs Well quarry, near Cardiff, at 0830 BST on Tuesday.
Rhodri Owen, 17, of Morganstown, Cardiff, had not been seen since last Friday and his parents appealed for him to return home.
A formal identification has yet to be carried out but his parents have been informed. Police say there are no suspicious circumstances.
Police and fire officers were involved in a three-day search for the A-level student, while school friends from Radyr Comprehensive distributed posters around the area.
In a statement the teenager's family commented: "We have drawn immense strength from everyone's kindness and would like to thank all Rhodri's friends for their unstinting efforts, the police for their sensitivity in the way they have dealt with us and would like to thank all our family, neighbours and work colleagues."
