Woman, 86, in vehicle collision at Ystrad Mynach

The A472 has been closed in both directions at Ystrad Mynach
An 86-year-old woman pedestrian has been involved in a collision with a lorry in Caerphilly county, say police.
Police said the incident occurred at 1350 BST on the A472 in Ystrad Mynach, near Holy Trinity Church.
The woman is in a stable condition after being taken to Prince Charles Hospital in Merthyr Tydfil.
Gwent Police urged motorists to avoid the area as a temporary road closure is in place by the junction of the Castle View Estate up to the Railway Bridge.
