Person rescued from fire at house in Roath, Cardiff

A person has been rescued from a house fire in the Roath area of Cardiff.

South Wales Fire and Rescue Service were called to a terraced house on Moy Road just after 1600 BST on Friday.

A fire had broken out in the roof space of the house and smoke quickly spread to a further six houses in the terrace.

Crews and engines from Roath, Cardiff Central and Whitchurch attended.
