Blaengarw crash: Man, 22, dies on off-road motorcycle

A 22-year-old man riding an off-road motorcycle has died after a road crash near Bridgend.

South Wales Police said it happened in Gwendoline Street, Blaengarw, at 15:07 GMT on Monday.

The local man was taken to the Princess of Wales Hospital, Bridgend, where he was pronounced dead.

Officers said there were not thought to be any other road users involved, but appealed for witnesses who may have seen or heard the vehicle involved.
