Sixty fire fighters tackle factory fire in Llwynypia, near Tonypandy
More than 60 firefighters have been tackling a blaze at business units in the Rhondda.
The fire is thought to involve a garage, a furniture business and four other businesses in a converted factory in Llwynypia near Tonypandy.
Eight crews have been at the scene along with three water bowsers and a hydraulic platform.
South Wales Fire and Rescue Service said 55 firefighters and 10 officers were battling the blaze.
The alarm was raised shortly after 16:25 BST.
Smoke can be seen from miles around.
The fire service said six factory units inside the 140m-long building are well alight, with others also affected.
It is believed to be an old factory, now shared by different businesses.
