Swansea fire: House damaged in Myrddin Road, Bonymaen

A semi-detached house in Swansea has been badly damaged in a fire.

Three crews from Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service were called to tackle the blaze at Myrddin Road in Bonymaen at 07:50 GMT on Friday.

Fire chiefs said the property had been well alight when they arrived at the scene. They said no-one had been injured.

There was extensive smoke damage to the property after the blaze was extinguished at about 09:00 GMT.
