Police negotiators called to Swansea flat

A 26-year-old man is in police custody after trained negotiators were called to a flat in Swansea, concerned about a man's safety.

South Wales Police officers went to Heol Gwyrosydd, Penlan, on Tuesday at 09:30 GMT. They said the incident was over by 13:50 GMT.

A fire engine and ambulance staff were also called to the scene, while police cordoned off the area and turned vehicles away.

Roads around the flats are now open.
