Guernsey flights to catch up after fog delays

Published
Guernsey Airport has extended its hours for the day to ensure delayed flights reach their destination.
Poor visibility caused cancellation or delays to the majority of Wednesday's flights in and out of the island.
Deputy airport director Simon MacPhail said: "It didn't really get cleared until four o'clock so it's been a day of misery."
He said flights were operating into the evening and passengers should check-in on time.
