Guernsey chimney fire: Police obstruction arrests

Five teenagers have been arrested for obstructing the emergency services while they were tackling a serious chimney fire in Guernsey.

Police said the group damaged a police vehicle while they were at the scene of the fire in St Peter Port.

Emergency crews were called to the property in Mount Durand on Tuesday night. Eight people were in the property but no-one was injured.

Guernsey Police said the teenagers had since been bailed.

Officers will assess the damage to the car later.
