A rigid inflatable boat worth £20,000 has been stolen from a boatyard in Castletown in the Isle of Man.

The 6.5m White Cobra rib was taken from the yard on Derbyhaven Road between 12 July and 16 July.

It had a 150 Evinrude Horsepower Optimax engine and was towed away on its single axle rollercoaster trailer.

Police said the theft of the boat had "caused considerable distress to its owners" and appealed for anyone with information to contact them.
