Fast craft sailings between the Isle of Man and Liverpool and Dublin have been cancelled.

The Isle of Man Steam Packet Company said the decision was taken because of strong to gale force winds forecast in the Irish Sea.

The 0730 BST sailing to Liverpool - and its 1130 BST return to Douglas - was cancelled.

And sailings to and from Dublin, which were due at 1000 BST and 1445 BST respectively, have also been halted.

Any customers affected by the cancellations should contact the booking office.
