Man trapped by Onchan cliffs rescued
A man trapped at the foot of cliffs on the Isle of Man has been rescued by coastguard and lifeboat teams.
The man called Douglas Coastguard saying he was trapped at the foot of cliffs beneath Sea Cliff Road in Onchan, and unable to get up.
The man was found shortly after the call at 1100 GMT and taken back to shore by Douglas Lifeboat uninjured.
The Coastguard said it was a good example of the close relationship between the two rescue services.
