Two men charged over cocaine find on Douglas Promenade


Two men have been charged with drugs offences after they were arrested by police on the Isle of Man.

The men, who are both 26 and from Merseyside, were arrested on Loch Promenade in Douglas on Thursday.

The Isle of Man Constabulary said they were found in possession of cocaine with an estimated street value of £15,000 and a small amount of cannabis.

They were later charged with offences relating to the importation and possession with intent to supply drugs.

The men were due to appear at Douglas Courthouse on Friday.
