Ramsey leisure centre on target for Easter opening

Ramsey's new leisure centre is on target for an Easter opening, according to the town commissioners.

The complex, which includes a tenpin bowling alley, has been converted from the former swimming pool building on Queen's Promenade.

Commissioners hope the facility will become a major attraction and bring in visitors from all over the Isle of Man.

Commissioner chairman Captain Nigel Malpass said "This investment is a vote of confidence in the future of Ramsey."

Opening details are available from the complex foyer.
